1. General Policy — No Refunds
Once payment is made and platform access is granted, all sales are final. Mockat does not provide refunds or allow cancellation of subscriptions after purchase.
We take this position because our content — mock tests, question banks, video lessons, study materials, and live sessions — is delivered digitally and is immediately accessible upon payment. Like all leading online CAT coaching platforms, we are unable to "return" content that has already been accessed.
We strongly recommend you:

- Start with the Mocks Only plan if you are unsure — you can always upgrade later at differential pricing

2. Technical Access Failures — Limited Exception
If a verified technical issue on Mockat's end prevents you from accessing the platform for a sustained period (7 consecutive days or more), you may contact us to request one of the following remedies at Mockat's discretion:
- Extension of your subscription period equivalent to the verified downtime
- Account credit towards future plan upgrades or add-ons
This exception does not apply to:
- Issues arising from your own device, browser, internet connection, or firewall settings
- Scheduled maintenance periods communicated in advance
- Interruptions of fewer than 7 consecutive days
- Access issues due to account suspension for Terms of Service violations
3. Plan Upgrades — Full Credit Applied
Upgrading your plan at Mockat is always fair — you pay only the price difference between your current plan and the new plan. Every rupee you have already paid is credited in full.
For example, if you purchased the Self Study plan at ₹4,999 and wish to upgrade to the Classroom plan at ₹14,999, you pay only ₹10,000 — the difference. If you also have the Jumbo Pack, it carries forward to your upgraded plan at no extra charge.
4. The Jumbo Pack Add-on
The Jumbo Pack is a non-refundable add-on. However, as noted above, if you upgrade to a higher base plan, the Jumbo Pack carries forward to the new plan at ₹0 additional cost — so you never lose the value of your Jumbo Pack when upgrading.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same plan due to a payment gateway error, please contact us immediately at info@mockat.com with your payment receipts. Genuine duplicate payments will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. GST and Invoicing
All payments include GST at 18%. If you require an invoice with specific GSTIN details for corporate reimbursement, please provide your GSTIN to info@mockat.com before making the payment.
7. Changes to This Policy
Mockat may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. We will publish material changes on this page with at least 7 days' notice.
