4.3.1 Author's Point of View (POV)

In this lesson, we will learn the basics of finding the Author’s Point of View, why it is important and how to do it. In the next few examples, we will be going through articles practically - please got through RC I lesson modules before you attempt this.

Author’s Point of View (PoV) – Author’s viewpoint + Supporting points (reasons, examples, arguments, proof, etc.)

The author’s viewpoint will be present for Analytical passages, whereas Descriptive ones will have facts which can be summarized. Abstract passages are categorized by genre, so you may or may not have a view.
