(i) Longest Diagonal of a Cuboid =

(ii) Longest Diagonal of a Cube =

(iii) In a Right Circular Cone, slant height
l=r2+h2l = \sqrt{r^2 + h^2}

(iv) In the Frustum of a Cone, slant height
l=(Rr)2+h2l = \sqrt{(R - r)^2 + h^2}

(v) In a Torus, r is the minor radius of the circle that is revolved and R is the major radius, i.e. the distance between the centre of the torus and the centre of the circle revolved.
